Welcome to BajanTix.com.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BajanTix.com platform, website, mobile interfaces, scanning systems, printed ticket systems, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
BajanTix.com is operated by WeTing360 LLC, a technology company.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
"BajanTix.com" means the technology platform facilitating ticket sales and event management.
"Promoter" means the event organizer using BajanTix.com to sell tickets.
"Customer" means any purchaser or holder of a ticket.
"Box Office Partner" means any authorized physical location allocated tickets for sale.
"Ticket" means a digital or printed credential granting access to an event.
2. Role of BajanTix.com
BajanTix.com is a technology marketplace platform.
We:
- Provide ticketing infrastructure
- Process payments on behalf of promoters
- Provide QR validation and tracking systems
- Provide reconciliation reporting tools
We do not:
- Organize, host, or operate events
- Control event content, safety, or logistics
- Guarantee performance by promoters
- Assume responsibility for event execution
The contract for the event itself is between the Customer and the Promoter.
3. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts.
You agree to:
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify BajanTix.com of unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for activity under your account
BajanTix.com may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.
4. Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are subject to:
- Availability
- Promoter terms
- Event capacity limits
Tickets may be issued in digital or printed form.
A ticket is a revocable license to attend an event and may be voided for:
- Fraud
- Duplication
- Unauthorized resale
- Alteration or tampering
5. Printed Ticket System
Where printed tickets are generated:
- Tickets are serialized and QR-coded
- Allocation ranges may be assigned to specific Box Office Partners
- BajanTix.com tracks issuance and redemption
BajanTix.com is not liable for:
- Theft or loss of printed ticket stock
- Unauthorized duplication outside the Platform
- Mismanagement by Box Office Partners
Promoters assume responsibility for oversight of distributed physical inventory.
6. Event Cancellations, Postponements & Changes
All events are controlled by the Promoter.
In the event of cancellation, postponement, venue change, or lineup change, refund policies are determined by the Promoter.
BajanTix.com is not responsible for:
- Refund funding
- Event quality
- Artist no-shows
- Weather disruptions
- Government restrictions
Refund processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Payments & Fees
Ticket prices, service fees, and processing fees are disclosed at checkout.
BajanTix.com may:
- Deduct service fees before promoter payout
- Withhold funds to manage chargeback risk
- Delay payouts pending fraud review
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in fund withholding.
Promoters are responsible for event tax compliance, VAT obligations, and regulatory reporting.
8. Promoter Obligations
Promoters agree to:
- Comply with all applicable local laws
- Secure necessary permits and licenses
- Maintain adequate insurance
- Deliver the event as advertised
BajanTix.com may suspend events suspected of fraud, illegality, or reputational risk.
9. Box Office Partners
Box Office Partners must:
- Accurately mark tickets as sold
- Safeguard ticket stock
- Reconcile allocations within required timeframes
BajanTix.com does not assume liability for cash handling by Box Office Partners.
10. No Guarantee of Entry
Entry is subject to valid ticket scan, compliance with venue policies, and security screening. Duplicate scans invalidate entry.
11. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, trademarks, and branding are owned by BajanTix.com or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or resell Platform access without written consent.
12. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Sell fraudulent tickets
- Engage in scalping contrary to law
- Hack or disrupt the Platform
- Upload harmful code
- Misrepresent events
Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BajanTix.com shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, event-related injuries, business interruption, or reputation damage. Total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid to BajanTix.com related to the specific transaction in dispute.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BajanTix.com, its officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of event conduct, promoter negligence, misuse of the Platform, or violation of law.
15. Force Majeure
BajanTix.com shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government action, power outages, and telecommunications failures.
16. Data & Privacy
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. BajanTix.com processes payment information via third-party processors. We do not store full credit card data.
17. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Barbados. Any dispute shall be resolved first through good faith negotiation, then through mediation or arbitration, and if unresolved, in the local courts. Users waive the right to participate in class actions to the extent permitted by law.
18. Modifications
BajanTix.com may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
19. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
