Orders and refunds
Find an order, resend tickets and refund.
1Find an order
Orders lists every sale with the patron, total, how it was paid and its status. Search by patron email or order ID, or open an event and choose its Orders tab to see just that event.
The Orders list 2Resend or refund
Open an order to resend its tickets or refund some or all of them. Refunded tickets stop working at the gate and go back on sale. Card and PayPal refunds go back to the patron automatically; cash refunds you hand back yourself.
